First Friday Gallery Walks:

ULTRAGRAPHIC consists of color screen prints and each print is 16 x 20 inches and printed at Supergraphic Print Lab in Durham, NC by a loosely affiliated group of artists.

Ultra dictionary definition:
Beyond or surpassing a specified extent, range, or limit.
Graphic dictionary definition:
Describing or described in vivid detail.
Of the graphic arts.

This installation brings together hand drawn or appropriated images that are of interest to the participating artists. The goal of the piece is to create a grid of bold colorful images that have an appealing visual impact. The prints are arranged in a grid, a common organizational device used by graphic designers and artists.

Supergraphic Print Lab is a printmaking studio in Durham, NC dedicated to the promotion and creation of printed matter.
